I'm Jamie Sangster, a breathwork, movement and mind growth coach helping humans regulate, relate, rewire and return to themselves.
I am grateful to have learnt from and mentored by the leaders in the industry of performance, longevity, restoration, healing, non ordinary altered states of consciousness and beyond. I have created my approach by blending scientific principles with embodied practices, offering a unique path to sustainable transformation.
Unlike traditional coaching that follows rigid protocols, my work is principle-driven. I guide clients through personalised experiences that integrate breathwork, movement, and mindset strategies, fostering lasting change from the inside out.
It’s not spirituality, it’s not healing, it’s not WOO WOO, it’s living, it’s being here now, in your body, in your presence, in your strength, in your power on this planet as a human being. Together we honour what has passed and doesn't serve us, bring into the present what does serve us, and create a path forward from a place of empowered confidence, clarity and connection. You will move from disconnect to connect, illness to wellness, repression to expression, common to uncommon. You won't find any magic, you will realise everything you want and need already exists within you.
